An accomplished professional, Darryl brings to Progress Seminars 30 years of sales, management and leadership experience, working with both national and international companies.

IBefore returning to Australia after 12 months with Progress Seminars in New Zealand, Darryl has spent the previous three years in New Zealand in a senior management Training and Development role within an international company. Previous to this, Darryl spent five years as Director of a local Christchurch business following his 15 years in Australia working in Sales, Sales Management and Training roles.

Darryl has both produced and presented a wide variety of sales based training programmes from intensive 2-day workshops through to 'modular based' programmes run over 6 to 12 months. Covering both retail and commercial based selling skills relative to client specific needs - most common subjects include prospecting, handling objections, negotiation, territory and time management, the art of features and benefits and how to effectively close the sale.

Having spent most of his career in front of people, Darryl has developed an acute awareness of what works - and what doesn't work when it comes to facilitating his seminars and how to effectively get his message across. His teachings are based on real life experiences and come with many easy to remember tips and techniques that attendees can start applying - immediately.

Darryl also has a wealth of experience and knowledge in facilitating advanced management and leadership based programmes. His natural empathy and genuine desire to assist people in achieving their full potential is reflected in the continued success and constant demand for his sales and managment programmes throughout both Australia and New Zealand.
