Business Consultant / Facilitator
Donna’s career began in the banking industry in 1994 where she quickly rose through the organisation with responsibilities for staff training, human resource management, strategic planning and project management. Her interest in training & development has continued in both presentation and facilitation roles across a wide variety of organisations throughout New Zealand.
With 12 years experience in adult education, Donna has developed into an extremely competent and confident educator running a wide variety of seminars including leadership, team building, coaching for performance, customer service and sales programmes. Her bright and energetic personality, combined with strong decisive leadership in the classroom, has resulted in Donna enjoying wide spread success as a professional trainer / consultant.
Donna has a completed her Diploma in Management through the NZIM, her Diploma in Business in Otago, and has more recently completed a wide range of personal development programmes including 4QL, Time Management, Adventure Based Learning, Myers Briggs Personality Profiling and NZQA Learning Assessment Workshops.
