Business Consultant
Having worked in management and training and development roles within both the private and public sectors over the past 25 years, Liz brings to Progress Seminars a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience based on extensive involvement across literally hundereds of organisations throughout New Zealand. Her energy, enthusiasm and sincerity, along with her expertise in all aspects of professional / personal development have resulted in Liz gaining the utmost respect and long term relationships with her clients.
Liz completed her CTD (Certificate in Training & Development) with an international qualification with the UK Institute for Adult Learning in 1992. Since then she has kept abreast of new business trends and learning initiatives through continued professional development and networking. For the past seven years Liz has been extensively involved with the New Zealand Institute of Management and has more recently been an integral part of leading the NZIM’s Diploma in Frontline Management.
In addition to her well rounded facilitation skills, Liz now specialises in a consultancy / advisory capacity at a senior executive level covering a wide range of specialist subject areas including: training needs analysis, performance management, quality control, change management, leadership, participative teams / team dynamics, conflict resolution and all aspects of time, project and self management.
