Rebekah brings to Progress Seminars, specialist experience and knowledge in industrial psychology. Fully accredited in the use of psychometric assessments, she offers a proven, scientific and objective approach to performance measurement and analysis. A competent business consultant, Rebekah has worked with a large number of employees, managers and candidates in psychometric test interpretation, analysis and feedback for both development and recruitment purposes.
Rebekah has a MSc(Hons) in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Canterbury and has recently completed the Diploma in Industrial Psychology as part of her Registration as an Industrial Psychologist. With proven experience in psychological measurement and interpretation, emotional intelligence, assessment centre delivery, one-on-one training facilitation/coaching, assessment design, statistical analysis and interview delivery, Rebekah has developed excellent business consulting skills. Her professional approach, attitude and ability to build rapport with others is proven by a constant willingness and enthusiasm to go that extra mile for her clients.
